No more than 6 entries are allowed per envelope.
Only exception – all dogs within one envelope have the same 5 digit CPE member ID number.
Entry Method – Postmark Date: Monday August 3, 2009
• Entries may not be postmarked before the postmark date above
• Entries received before the postmark date will be returned
• No entries can be accepted without a legible postmark date.
• All envelopes will be held for 7 days to allow for mail delivery. In the event that the trial limit is exceeded during the 7 days, entries will then be processed in postmark date order. A random draw will then be done from the entries for the postmark date when the limit will be reached.
• Overnight envelopes must have the recipient’s signature waiver signed or the envelope may be refused or delayed
Final Closing Date: Friday, October 2, 2009 at 6:00pm Central
Any entry postmarked after above date will be returned.
Final Move-Up for Pre Entries: Monday October 12, 2009 at 6:00pm Central
Limits: 350 runs – per day
DAY OF SHOW ENTRIES taken 7:30 am to 8:30 am as space allows
This trial will be held outdoors on grass
Because of the software used,
CPE Registration numbers must be manually confirmed.
